Brett and Emma's Story

"We were looking at doing a major renovation to our place - adding a granny flat and large garage with a two-story loft.

After talking to Joe and Lucinda we were very happy with the plan and timeline for our build and excited with some ideas they had for us.
One key item we needed was for grandma to remain living on-site in the original house, which turned out to be no problem for the team who accommodated her throughout the building process.

The regular updates and progress reports were very reassuring. I had many questions, generally on a Friday afternoon, and Joe always answered his phone and explained why and how of what had happened that week, which was excellent leading into the weekend. The overall team's positive and friendly manor was fantastic and us coming to visit was never an issue.

Once the build was completed and signed off, we discovered an issue no one could have anticipated with the original house code of compliance not being finalised by the original builder. Joe and Lucinda jumped straight into finding a solution. This was by no means an easy fix but with their experience and contacts within the industry, they found and resolved the issue.

I would absolutely have them build anything else we did and would highly recommend them as a reliable, honest and committed team to work with. We could not have been happier with the whole process and end results."
